Class and Session Guidelines
​These gentle guidelines are here to help create a safe, nourishing and respectful space for all.
​
Arrive on Time:
Please arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in, get comfortable, and not feel rushed. It supports the calm atmosphere for everyone.

Cancellations & Notice:
If you're unable to attend a class, please let me know as soon as you can — ideally at least 24 hours in advance.

This is Your Practice:
You are encouraged to move at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and adapt the practice in a way that feels supportive.

Listen to Your Body:
Your body is wise. Rest, pause, or adapt as needed. Everything is optional.
​
Safe, Supportive Space:
This is an inclusive space where everyone is respected. All experiences and identities are welcome.

Confidentiality & Care:
Anything shared in class remains in confidence. This is a space of gentleness, not judgement.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat, water bottle, blanket/cushion. Some props may be available depending on venue.

Hushee is a UK based soul-aligned business offering Yoga classes, Somatic Alchemy sessions, and holistic wellbeing offerings run by Samina Kauser. Hushee operates both in-person and online and collects minimal personal data necessary to offer services responsibly and professionally.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Yoga Classes:

Single sessions: refundable or transferable with 24+ hours' notice.

Bundles: non-refundable once purchased; classes may be rescheduled with notice.

Somatic Alchemy Sessions:

Stand-alone sessions: reschedulable with 24+ hours' notice.

Bundles: to be used within 6–8 weeks; non-refundable but can be rescheduled.

Cancellations by Hushee: If I need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or rescheduled option.

Image and Social Media Guidelines

Images and Photography:

You will always be asked for permission before any photo of you is taken or shared.

You are never required to be in any images.

Social Media Sharing:

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Yoga Classes:

What should I bring? A mat, water bottle, and any props you prefer.

Do I need yoga experience? No, all levels are welcome.

Pregnancy/Postnatal? Separate classes are offered — with a short health form required to be completed before starting classes.

Can I bring my baby? Yes. Non-crawling babies are welcome to Postnatal yoga classes.

What if I cancel? Please give 24+ hours notice. See full refund and cancellations policy.

Somatic Alchemy Sessions:

What is it? 1-1 sessions with Samina based on a trauma-informed blend of bodywork, emotional processing and self-connection.

Do I need to prepare? Just be yourself. Free 20 minute initial consultation available. A brief questionnaire will be sent for completion prior to the first session.

One-off sessions? Yes, with bundles available for deeper work.

In-person sessions only.

Are sessions confidential? Yes.

Where are classes and sessions held? Yoga classes are held at a local community hall and Somatic Alchemy Sessions are held in a private and confidential space.

Are you trauma-informed? Yes — rooted in my experience as a yoga teacher, nurse and doula.
